Kinston, N.C. (WITN) — On February 9 at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers from the Kinston Police Department’s B-Squad made contact with Raekwon Kinsey during a motor vehicle violation investigation in the area of J’s Place.
While conducting the search, officers discovered an illegally concealed firearm inside the vehicle. As a result, Kinsey was arrested and charged with Felony Carrying a Concealed Gun (CCG).
