Chariduar Police have arrested officer Saroj Kr. Deka in connection with an online trading scam, following a confession from the main suspect, Anjan Supriyam. Deka is currently under interrogation by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Sources indicate that Deka’s alleged involvement was revealed through Supriyam’s admission, prompting further investigation. The CID is actively pursuing additional leads to assess the full extent of Deka’s participation in the scam.
