Police Arrest Madan Lal and Harwinder Singh in Heroin Seizure

The police have arrested two individuals involved in drug peddling and seized 20 grams of heroin from their possession in two separate incidents. According to SP Rupinder Kaur Bhatti, the first arrest took place at a checkpoint near village Gandhwa, where Madan Lal, a youth from Narangshahpur near Phagwara, was caught with 10 grams of heroin.

In a second case, Harwinder Singh, another youth from village Gandhwan, was apprehended by the police on Tuesday night at a naka near his village. He was found in possession of 10 grams of heroin.

Both individuals have been charged under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, and separate cases have been registered for each of them.
