Lyons, NY – A Lyons man, Patrick Frank, has been arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on harassment and criminal contempt charges following a domestic incident.
Authorities allege that Frank was involved in an argument during which he pushed a woman, violating an order of protection issued by the Wayne County Family Court.
Following his arrest, Frank was transported to the Wayne County Jail and later released after CAP arraignment.
Law enforcement reminds the public that charges are accusations, and Frank is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
