In a major breakthrough, Nuh police have arrested two members of an interstate gang involved in vehicle thefts, recovering 11 stolen motorcycles, a pistol, and two cartridges. The arrested suspects, identified as Sahrun and Adil, both residents of Rithath village in Nuh district, were apprehended after a tip-off.
According to a spokesperson from Nuh police, the CIA Nuh team received information in the early hours that gang members were heading to Delhi in a mini-truck to sell a stolen vehicle. Acting swiftly, a team led by Inspector Subhash Kumar raided the location and arrested the suspects.
The police recovered 10 stolen motorcycles, loaded in the mini-truck, along with a country-made pistol and cartridges. During interrogation, the accused revealed that their gang had been involved in motorcycle thefts across Faridabad, Gurugram, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi for over seven years.
