NSUK Student, Mustapha Osama, Killed in Foiled Robbery Attempt

Mustapha Osama, a 300-level student at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), was tragically killed during a foiled robbery attempt in Akwanga Local Government Area, Nasarawa State. The incident took place on Friday evening around 8 PM along the Gudi-Akwanga road.

According to sources, Osama was driving when he was struck by a bullet fired by the armed robbers. The attempted robbery was interrupted by quick intervention from the Nigeria Police, who responded to a distress call. Despite the police’s efforts, Osama succumbed to the gunshot wound.

A family source confirmed that Osama was buried in Doma on Saturday morning, in accordance with Islamic funeral rites. DSP Ramhan Nansel, the Police Public Relations Officer for Nasarawa State, confirmed the foiled robbery attempt, which led to the student’s tragic death.
