Norfolk Police have arrested Silvero Brown Jr., 32, in connection to a robbery and assault on a Hampton Roads Transit light rail train. The incident occurred on December 27 near the Ingleside Station stop on Mississippi Avenue.
According to police, Brown allegedly threatened a victim with a knife and stole items from them on the train. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Brown was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Thursday and is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
