Nolan Maskall Charged with Identity Theft in Hopkinsville

HOPKINSVILLE, KY – A 36-year-old man, identified as Nolan Maskall, has been charged with identity theft after allegedly providing false information to Hopkinsville Police during an investigation on South Main Street.

Incident Details
Police responded to the Manhattan Motel on Tuesday morning following a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers found Maskall, who matched the suspect’s description.

According to reports, Maskall initially gave officers false identifying information. Further investigation revealed that he had previously received a trespass warning barring him from the property.

First-degree criminal trespass

Giving officers false identifying information
