Noah Galle Sentenced to 12.5 Years for Deadly Crash

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A Wellington man, Noah Galle, has been sentenced to 12.5 years in prison after causing a crash that killed six people. Galle, 20, reached a plea agreement in which he pleaded guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide, following a tragic accident on January 27, 2022.

The accident occurred on State Road 7 near Delray Beach when Galle was driving a BMW M5 at an astounding speed of 151 mph, far exceeding the 55 mph speed limit. The crash involved an SUV carrying six passengers, all of whom lost their lives. At the time of the crash, Galle was just 17 years old.

As part of the plea deal, Galle was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison, followed by seven years of probation. Additionally, his driver’s license will be suspended for three years. Had Galle gone to trial and been convicted, he could have faced up to 90 years in prison.

This tragic incident remains a painful reminder of the devastating consequences of reckless driving.
