Nakodar Travel Agent Narindar Kumar Jagi Arrested for Fraud

Shahkot Police have arrested Narindar Kumar Jagi, a travel agent from Mandiala village in Nakodar, for allegedly duping a woman of Rs 14.60 lakh. The accused promised to facilitate her migration abroad but failed to keep his word.

The victim, Neetu, a resident of Kanganna village, filed a complaint with the police, stating that she paid Rs 14.60 lakh to Jagi for assistance in her migration process. However, despite paying the amount, Neetu was neither sent abroad nor refunded her money.

A case was registered against Narindar Kumar Jagi on February 25, and he was arrested by the Shahkot Police. Investigations are ongoing.
