In Adair County, multiple individuals were arrested on various charges ranging from theft and burglary to probation violations.
Jessie Lea Jones, 38, of Shell Rock, was arrested on November 21 on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree, Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Misdemeanor. The charges are related to an incident on October 2, when Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle report at Hometown Foods in Stuart. Jones is also accused of using credit cards found in the victim’s vehicle. She was held on a $10,000 cash-only bond in the Adair County Jail.
In a separate case, 43-year-old Kiley Marie Hannan, from Bridgewater, was arrested on November 22 for Theft 2nd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. Her bond was set at $10,000 cash-only.
Additionally, Richard Edward Larabee, 49, of Fontanelle, was arrested on November 20 on a warrant for Burglary 3rd Degree, accused of stealing gasoline from Nichols Farms. His bond was set at $5,000.
Other arrests included Tanya Lynn Funke, 45, of Stuart, arrested on November 17 for a Violation of Probation, with bond set at $300 cash-only. Nicole Lee Glendinning, 49, of Des Moines, and James Dean Johnston, 58, also from Des Moines, were arrested on November 21 and 22, respectively, for Probation Violations and held without bond.
Lastly, James Edwin Lee Jr., 41, of Fontanelle, was cited and released on November 22 for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
