LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA – Two Michigan men pleaded guilty on March 14, 2025, for their roles in a violent robbery at a comic bookstore in September 2022.
Zackery Maximus Tucker, 23, of Quincy, Michigan, admitted to charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and aggravated assault. Common Pleas Judge Stephen A. Corr sentenced him to five to 12 years in state prison.
In addition to his prison term, Tucker was ordered to:
Have no contact with the victim, the victim’s family, or the Comic Collection store
Pay $20,029.88 in restitution
Second Suspect Awaits Sentencing
Caleb James-Lorenze Simpson, 36, of Clarklake, Michigan, pleaded guilty to the same charges. However, his sentencing was deferred until May 2, 2025.
Before sentencing, the owner of the Comic Collection store, located at 83 Bustleton Pike in Feasterville, delivered an emotional statement in court, describing how the violent attack has impacted his life.
The robbery underscores ongoing efforts by law enforcement to hold violent offenders accountable and ensure justice for victims in Lower Southampton Township.
