Michael Hamm Arrested for Operating Drug Factory in Manchester, CT

Police in Manchester, CT, arrested Michael Henry Hamm, 48, for operating a drug factory at a home on Essex St. following a narcotics investigation that began in November. The focus of the investigation was crack cocaine and fentanyl distribution in the area.

On searching the property at 36 Essex St., officers found approximately 10 grams of fentanyl, 100 grams of crack cocaine, and 20 grams of powder cocaine, all packaged for distribution.

Hamm was arrested on charges related to operating a drug factory and other drug-related offenses. He posted a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court in January.
