Michael Enegbuma Sentenced to 13 Years for Fraud in Lagos

Michael Enegbuma, 36, was sentenced to 13 years in prison by an Ikeja Special Offences Court for obtaining N10m through fraud and issuing a dud cheque. He was convicted on two counts of theft and fraud linked to a car deal and the fraudulent repurchase of a manager’s cheque. Despite his defense, the court ruled against him, sentencing him to serve time at the Ikoyi Maximum Custodial Centre.
