When stopped, Cubberley allegedly pushed the employee into a glass cooler, shattering the door, before fleeing in a white truck.

Officers stopped Cubberley’s vehicle on South Logan Boulevard and detained him. Upon searching him, a bag of suspected methamphetamine and a fraudulent $900 skills machine ticket were found in his possession.
