Marshalltown Man Arrested on Multiple Burglary and Theft Charges

A Marshalltown man, Hunter David Clark, 23, has been arrested in connection with multiple local burglaries, according to the Marshalltown Police Department (MPD).

On the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 14, MPD officers responded to a reported burglary in the 1000 block of East Olive Street. Upon arrival, they learned that the incident likely occurred earlier that day.

After an extensive investigation, Clark was apprehended on Nov. 6 and is now facing charges that include four counts of third-degree burglary, as well as charges for first-, second-, and fifth-degree theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Following his arrest, he was taken to the Marshall County jail, where he remains in custody.
