Marion Man Daniel Luckman Charged in Domestic Dispute Case

MARION, NY – A local man has been arrested and charged with two counts of attempted criminal mischief following an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Authorities allege that Daniel Luckman discarded the victim’s laptop into a water-filled ground spring after a verbal altercation on Saturday. He then reportedly dumped used diesel motor oil onto the shrubs and landscaping surrounding the victim’s home.

Luckman was transported to the Wayne County Jail for Central Arraignment and is scheduled to appear before a judge.

Officials emphasize that charges are accusations, and Luckman is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
