BEAUFORT COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – On Monday, Special Agents from the South Carolina Department of Social Services arrested Marcia Marie Kidd, a Beaufort County woman, for fraudulently obtaining $12,571 in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
Kidd, who is also known as Monica Kidd Coleman, faces one count of Fraudulent Acquisition or Use of Food Stamps exceeding $10,000.
Authorities reported that the 45-year-old was booked at the Beaufort County Detention Center following her arrest.
