Manipur Police Arrest Md. Akber Khan & Md. Abdul Rahman with Drug Seizure

Manipur Police arrested two individuals, Md. Akber Khan (37) and Md. Abdul Rahman (36), on Saturday for carrying a large quantity of suspected SP (Sampex +) tablets along NH-2 near Hengbung village, Senapati district.

The authorities seized 30 packets of SP tablets, each containing 90 strips, totaling 2,700 strips. Additionally, they recovered 21,600 capsules from 30 boxes, each containing 720 capsules. Along with the drugs, police also found one four-wheeler, four mobile phones, one Aadhaar card, a PAN card, and a sum of Rs. 7,360 in cash.
