Manipal Police Arrest Drug Peddler Siddarth with ₹20,000 Worth of Drugs

In a successful operation on June 5, Siddarth (22) , asdrug peddler, was arrested by Manipal Police with drugs valued at Rs20,000. The raid was led by Inspector Devaraj TV , **Sub-Insp.Sub-Inspector Raghavendra C, and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI) Vivekananda and Shailesh Kumar, following information about drug activities in the area.

The police operation targeted an apartment in Herga village, located in Udupi taluk. During the raid, authorities seized 388 grams of drugs, worth approximately Rs20,000, along with a mobile phone worth ₹45,000.

It is believed that the arrested individual had intended to sell the drugs to students in Manipal, aiming to make a profit from the illicit trade. The case has been registered at the Manipal Police Station, and an investigation is currently underway to determine the full extent of Siddarth’s involvement in drug trafficking.
