Mangaluru Police Arrest Abdul Akram for Stealing Laptop from Car

The Mangaluru East police have arrested Abdul Akram, a 33-year-old man from Adyar, in connection with a car theft incident that occurred near the Kankanady flower market on December 8.

According to police reports, the accused broke the window of a car parked near the market and stole a laptop and other valuables. The victim had parked their vehicle in the area while shopping at the flower market.

While there were rumors circulating on social media that Abdul Akram worked at a flower stall in Kankanady, where the victim regularly purchased flowers, the police stated that their investigation had not yet confirmed this link.

After conducting an investigation, the police were able to identify Akram as the prime suspect, and he was arrested based on evidence gathered from the scene. The stolen laptop and other items are reportedly still being investigated.

The police continue their probe into the case to determine if Akram has been involved in similar crimes in the area.
