Mangaluru Police Arrest 3 Mumbai Gang Members in Rs4 Crore Robbery

The Mangaluru City Police have successfully arrested three members of a Mumbai-based gang allegedly involved in a high-profile robbery. The gang is accused of robbing a cooperative society of gold and other valuables, with a total value of Rs4 crore, in the Ullal police limits.

The robbery, which took place on Friday, January 17, made headlines due to the unusual timing—during the visit of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who was in Mangaluru for a series of events.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Murugandi Thevar (36), Yosuva Rajendran (35), and Kannan Mani (36). The police were able to apprehend the suspects in Padmaneri village, located in the Thiruvanalli Taluk of Tamil Nadu.
