Riley Thibodeau, 26, of Manchester, pleaded guilty in federal court on March 7 to his role in a methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire. Thibodeau faces sentencing on June 12, 2025.
Thibodeau’s co-defendant, Ronny Ramos, also pleaded guilty and was sentenced on December 9, 2024, to 10 years in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Court documents revealed that Thibodeau conspired to traffic approximately 50 pounds of methamphetamine from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. Between March and October 2023, Ramos placed five separate orders for methamphetamine through an intermediary, each ranging from 10 to 12 pounds and costing around $20,000 per order. Thibodeau facilitated payments through the same intermediary and received the drugs in New Hampshire.
On October 31, 2023, law enforcement agents arrested Ramos in Methuen, Massachusetts, seizing 10 pounds of methamphetamine intended for Thibodeau.
Under the charging statute, Thibodeau faces up to 20 years in prison, a minimum of three years of supervised release, and a maximum fine of $1 million. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) led the investigation.
