Man Arrested in Norfolk with Stolen Vehicle and Methamphetamine

On Saturday, Norfolk Police arrested Kobe Roan after a call reported a stolen vehicle from Platte County near 3rd Street and Elm Avenue. Officers performed a traffic stop on North 5th Street, confirming the vehicle was stolen. Roan was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe containing methamphetamine, leading to additional charges for possession of a controlled substance. Roan was initially held at Norfolk City Jail before being transferred to Madison County Jail.
