Leo Pugram Charged with Attempted Homicide in Tomah Stabbing

A Tomah man, 18-year-old Leo Pugram, is facing serious charges following an attempted homicide incident. According to online court records, Pugram is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and use of a dangerous weapon.

The criminal complaint outlines that Pugram allegedly stabbed the victim twice in the back during a physical altercation. Pugram claimed he acted in defense of his brother, who was also involved in the incident. An initial court appearance is scheduled for January 13th.
