Ledbetter Man Arrested on Drug Trafficking Charges Following Traffic Stop

LIVINGSTON, Ky. — A routine traffic stop on US-60 West led to the arrest of a Ledbetter man on drug trafficking charges on January 31, 2025. Deputy Caleb Kindred stopped a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Travis Reasons on January 21, 2025. Upon searching the vehicle, authorities discovered approximately 15 grams of suspected methamphetamine hidden in the engine compartment, along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, Reasons was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Livingston Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to fighting drug-related crimes and maintaining the safety of the community. The investigation continues, and authorities urge residents to report any suspicious activities.
