On Saturday, a police team led by Kotwali Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Soy arrested Lalu Yadav, a notorious drug peddler, from the Lal Kothi area under the jurisdiction of the Sukhdevnagar police station. During the arrest, authorities seized brown sugar and a pistol from Yadav.
Yadav is not only accused of being involved in the illegal drug trade but also in the sales of illegal firearms. Police are now investigating his connections to broader criminal activities in the region.
