A 20-year-old man, Kolya Fisler, was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and theft of a motor vehicle following an incident at the Carlisle Auto Care Center on East North Street. The arrest followed a police investigation that connected Fisler to a break-in and vehicle theft on September 1, 2024.
The Carlisle Police responded to a burglary alarm at the auto care center after midnight and found a broken window and missing keys for a silver Honda, which was later reported stolen. Shippensburg Borough Police later stopped the stolen vehicle, and Fisler admitted to the crimes during an interview.
Fisler is currently held at Cumberland County Prison and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing. The investigation continues, with further updates to follow.
