Kolathur Police Arrest Feroz Batcha & Nizamuddin for Break-in

In a successful police operation, the Kolathur police have arrested two individuals, Feroz Batcha (29) of Mudichur and Nizamuddin (27) of Royapettah, in connection with a break-in at a private statue manufacturing unit. The suspects were apprehended after stealing valuable items from the premises.

The theft occurred at S. Hariharan’s statue manufacturing unit located at United Colony, Kolathur. Hariharan, upon arriving at the unit on Sunday, discovered that the locks had been broken and several items, including two laptops, three mobile phones, a money purse, and a watch, had been stolen.

Following Hariharan’s complaint, the police launched an investigation. The officers, after reviewing CCTV footage and gathering evidence, identified the suspects and tracked them down. In a subsequent raid, the stolen laptops and phones were recovered from the accused.

The two men were arrested and are now in police custody as investigations continue into their involvement in similar crimes.
