Kevin McDonald Arrested in Phenix City Bank Robbery Case

A suspect, identified as Kevin Robert McDonald, has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery that took place in Phenix City, Alabama.

On Friday, McDonald allegedly entered the Phenix-Girard Bank located on Hwy. 280/231, where he brandished a firearm and demanded cash from the bank. Authorities reported that an undisclosed sum of money was taken during the robbery.

McDonald was later apprehended in Columbus, Georgia, and is now facing a first-degree robbery charge. No injuries were reported during the incident, according to police officials.

The investigation is ongoing, and McDonald remains in custody as authorities continue to piece together details of the robbery.
