FERRIDAY, La. (KNOE) — Kentrell Madison was arrested on January 6, 2024, as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation. On January 2, the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) Narcotics Unit received a tip about Madison’s location in Ferriday. After obtaining a search warrant, authorities found a variety of illegal substances, including heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and ecstasy, as well as unidentified pills, drug paraphernalia, cash, and a firearm.
Madison, who was already wanted on a federal warrant, faces numerous charges, including:
Manufacture and Distribution of Schedule II drugs
Possession of Schedule I and II drugs
Possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute
Possession of a firearm with controlled dangerous substances
This marks the 25th arrest in the ongoing investigation, which began in December 2024. The CPSO continues to work on the case.
