RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. — A Brandon man is facing serious allegations after being arrested on charges related to child exploitation.
Kenneth Allan Beresh was taken into custody around 7 a.m. on Monday, June 23, by investigators from the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department in coordination with state and federal agencies. Authorities executed both search and arrest warrants at a residence in the reservoir area.
According to Investigator Tyler Burnell, the charges are connected to explicit electronic communications between Beresh and a child aged 14 or younger.
Burnell noted that Beresh could potentially face additional charges at the state and federal levels as the investigation continues.
Authorities have not released further details due to the ongoing nature of the case.
