Justin Rich, Ellis Wilson Arrested in Greenbrier Drug Raids

GREENBRIER COUNTY, W.Va. (WVVA) – Two men are behind bars after a pair of drug raids led by the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office and the Greenbrier Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

According to Sheriff Bart Baker, the county’s SWAT team first executed a search warrant in the Quinwood area, where they located Justin Rich, 34. Rich was wanted on outstanding warrants for delivery of a controlled substance and was promptly taken into custody.

Information obtained from that operation led authorities to obtain a second warrant for a residence in the Orient Hill area. There, the SWAT team arrested Ellis Wilson, 49, for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Both Rich and Wilson were arraigned by a Greenbrier County Magistrate and transported to Southern Regional Jail.

Justin Rich is being held without bond.

Ellis Wilson is being held on a $20,000 surety/cash bond.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and part of a wider effort to disrupt drug trafficking and violent crime in the region.
