Justin Heath Smith (Austin Wolf) Arrested for CSAM Charges

Adult film actor Justin Heath Smith, better known by his stage name Austin Wolf, was arrested and charged on Friday by the Department of Justice for possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online. The arrest stems from an unsealed FBI complaint that reveals Smith, a 43-year-old New York City resident, exchanged hundreds of videos containing explicit material involving children via the messaging app Telegram.

The DOJ disclosed that the videos included disturbing footage of infants being sexually abused. Smith, who has a significant following in the LGBTQ adult film industry, has also recently gained fame on social media platforms, including TikTok, where he collaborates with other well-known creators. His online presence includes nearly a million followers on X.

If convicted, Smith could face up to 20 years in prison for distributing and receiving child pornography, along with an additional 10 years for possession. Smith has not responded to requests for comment regarding the charges.

According to the complaint, Smith’s anonymous Telegram account exchanged CSAM with an account that was seized and investigated by the FBI. This led to an undercover FBI agent messaging Smith’s account, where Smith eventually revealed personal information. Additionally, Smith reportedly ran a Telegram channel linked to one of his websites, which had over 12,000 subscribers.

The case continues to unfold as Smith remains in custody, facing serious charges that could lead to substantial legal consequences.
