YORK COUNTY, PA – A 49-year-old man, Julio Torres-Velez, was arrested Tuesday by Northern York County Regional Police for selling crack cocaine—all while out on bail for a previous felony drug case.
Repeat Offender Arrested
Police say Torres-Velez was caught attempting to deliver crack cocaine, which later tested positive during a field test. He was already wanted for two separate felony drug cases from January, in which he was accused of selling crack on two occasions.
Criminal Charges & Bail
Torres-Velez faces three counts of:
Manufacturing, delivering, or possessing with intent to deliver drugs
Conspiracy to commit the same offenses
His bail was set at:
$20,000 for the January offenses
$25,000 for the March offenses
Court Hearings Scheduled
Torres-Velez has two upcoming preliminary hearings:
March 25 for the January drug cases
May 12 for the March arrest
