Juan Cruceta Arrested for Crack Cocaine Sale in Queensbury

Queensbury, NY — Juan Cruceta, a 38-year-old from Manhattan Street in Schenectady, was arrested by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on charges related to the sale of crack cocaine in Queensbury.

Authorities say the arrest followed an operation by the Warren County Narcotics Enforcement Unit, which had been investigating drug activity in the area. During the operation, Cruceta allegedly sold crack cocaine to undercover officers in controlled buys.

Cruceta now faces several charges, including one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and one count of conspiracy in the fourth degree. After his arrest, he was arraigned in Warren County Court and taken into custody at the Warren County Correctional Facility.
