Jose Luis Gardea Arrested in Titus County for Domestic Violence

A man is behind bars in Titus County after the Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into a domestic violence report on Sunday, February 2. Deputies responded to the 800 block of County Road 1030, where the suspect, later identified as 30-year-old Jose Luis Gardea, had allegedly committed several offenses before fleeing the scene.

Though Gardea had left by the time deputies arrived, the investigation provided enough evidence to secure arrest warrants for him. As a result, Gardea was arrested and remains in the Titus County Jail.

He faces a series of charges, including:

Continued Violence Against a Family Member
Robbery
Violation of a Protective Order
Burglary of a Vehicle
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and authorities are continuing to address the serious allegations against Gardea.
