Jose Farguharson Arrested in Clarendon County for Identity Fraud

CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Authorities have apprehended a man wanted for his involvement in a case of identity fraud.

Sheriff’s deputies report that Jose Farguharson is facing charges of identity fraud, criminal conspiracy, and obtaining goods under false pretenses. The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into fraudulent activities.

Farguharson has been taken into custody and is currently being held at the Clarendon County Detention Center pending further legal proceedings.
