Jordan Sullivan and Alyssa Williams Arrested in Vancouver Murder

Clark County deputies arrested two individuals from Vancouver, Washington, on Friday in connection with the October 2024 murder of 78-year-old Patricia Jimerfield. Among those arrested was Jimerfield’s grandson, Jordan Sullivan, who now faces a first-degree murder charge. Also arrested was Alyssa Williams, 30, who faces a second-degree murder charge.

The investigation began on the night of October 8, 2024, when deputies and firefighters responded to a call around 10 p.m. regarding a death at a home near Northwest 26th Avenue and 99th Street in the Lakeshore area of Vancouver. Upon arrival, authorities found Jimerfield’s body inside the home. There were no signs of forced entry or burglary. The Clark County medical examiner later determined that Jimerfield had been strangled.

The day after her death, Sullivan appeared on KATU News, expressing disbelief over his grandmother’s death. He was seen comforting Stephanie Ayersnan, Jimerfield’s daughter, while recounting how Jimerfield had failed to pick her up at the airport.

Investigators discovered that Jimerfield’s bankcard had been used fraudulently the morning she was killed. When she realized her wallet was missing, she reported it to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives are now piecing together how the theft and murder unfolded.

Both Sullivan and Williams have been arrested and are awaiting prosecution in connection with the crime.
