Johnny Patterson Arrested for Felony Larceny and False Pretense

An Aberdeen man, Johnny Patterson, has been arrested by the Moore County Sheriff’s Department on charges of felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense. The arrest follows a report of felony larceny involving personal property from an Aberdeen residence, which was received by the Sheriff’s Office on September 4, 2024.

Patterson, 49 years old, was taken into custody on September 19 and is currently held at the detention center without bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 20. Previously, Patterson faced charges related to cyberstalking and possession of methamphetamine.

All individuals accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
