ERWIN, N.Y. (WETM) — A 38-year-old man from Westfield, Johnathan M. Roth, was arrested on Sunday, March 2, after being accused of burglary and theft in the Town of Erwin.
Roth faces charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, stemming from an incident that took place in December 2024. According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Roth allegedly entered a property unlawfully and attempted to steal property.
After his charges were read in court, Roth was released.
