Ontario County, NY – A 38-year-old man, Joel Schenk, was arrested Tuesday on petit larceny charges following an alleged shoplifting incident at Manchester Mart.
Authorities say Schenk took approximately $15 worth of items without paying. He was later released with an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
Officials remind the public that charges are merely accusations, and Schenk is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
