Jessica Urbina, a 20-year-old resident of Manhattan, Kansas, was arrested on January 29, 2025, in the 300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Urbina faces multiple charges, including possessing and using drug paraphernalia with the intent to introduce into the human body. She is also charged with two counts of possession of opiates, opium, narcotics, or certain stimulants.
Urbina was taken into custody around 4:59 PM and is currently being held at the Riley County Jail. Her bond has been set at $5,000.
