Jesse Webb Jailed for Burglary and Fraud in Surrey

A man from Surrey, Jesse Webb, 48, has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of burglary and fraud. Webb broke into a property on Old Woking Road, West Byfleet, on February 21, where he stole a wallet and bank cards. A week later, he targeted another home on Heathside Road, Woking, stealing jewelry and additional bank cards.

Webb, who resides on Melrose Avenue in Mitcham, was identified through CCTV footage at one of the crime scenes, linking him to several other offenses. Investigating officer PC Luke Lightburn stated that Webb’s actions caused significant distress and financial loss to his victims, highlighting the serious nature of his crimes and the disregard he showed for the impact of home burglaries. Webb pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary of a dwelling and two counts of fraud by false representation.
