Jaxon Bryant & Ernest True Arrested in Glasgow Domestic Dispute

GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) – Two men, Jaxon Bryant and Ernest True, have been arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident in Barren County, authorities confirmed.

The Glasgow Police Department (GPD) responded to a disturbance call on Sam Terry Avenue on Sunday, where a fight involving a weapon had been reported.

Details of the Incident
Police say the altercation began as a domestic dispute between Jaxon Bryant, 23, of Glasgow, and a female victim. The woman, feeling unsafe, called friends for help.

When two male friends arrived at the scene, Bryant allegedly attacked one of them using a large stick embedded with nails. At the same time, another suspect, Ernest True, 33, of Glasgow, allegedly brandished a handgun, pointing it at the two men who had come to assist the victim.

Charges and Arrests
Jaxon Bryant was arrested and charged with:

Fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) – minor injury
Second-degree assault
Second-degree criminal mischief
Resisting arrest
Ernest True was arrested and charged with:

Two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment
Resisting arrest
The arrests were made by Officer Mathew Rishkofski, with assistance from other Glasgow Police Department officers.
