Jason Allen and Courtney Gilboy Arrested After Vehicle Pursuit

Town of Milton, NY — On Friday, Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two individuals wanted for outstanding felony warrants. Jason Allen, 45, and Courtney Gilboy, 27, both from Greenfield, were apprehended after fleeing a vehicle during a police chase.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies identified a vehicle near Rowland Street and Geyser Road, driven by a person they had been seeking. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, Allen, the driver, fled the scene. Both Allen and Gilboy exited the vehicle and ran on foot but were soon taken into custody by the deputies.

The pair had been accused of failing to appear in court within 30 days of a felony bench warrant being signed against them. Allen, in addition to the original charges, faces additional charges for unlawfully fleeing from police and resisting arrest, both Class A misdemeanors.

Allen and Gilboy were arraigned in Milton Town Court and are now remanded to Saratoga County Jail.
