James Clay Ham Sentenced to 15 Years for Child Sexual Assault Charges

RANDALL COUNTY, Texas — James Clay Ham, a 23-year-old man, was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to multiple child sexual assault charges.

Ham was convicted of two counts of indecency with a child involving sexual contact and one count of sexual assault. According to court documents, he waived his right to a jury trial and also chose not to pursue an appeal.
