Jacob Mosquito and Brandon Stealer Arrested in Tulsa Porch Pirate Incidents

TULSA, Okla. — Two men were arrested by Tulsa Police in connection to a string of porch pirate incidents near 81st and Sheridan. The investigation began on Monday when officers discovered security footage showing a suspect and their truck involved in stealing packages from porches.

On Tuesday, officers located the suspect’s truck near 96th and Riverside, conducting a traffic stop that led to the arrest of Jacob Mosquito.

Further investigation directed officers to a home near West 48th Street and South 33rd West Avenue, where they arrested Brandon Stealer. According to TPD, Stealer confessed to stealing items from porches and reselling them.

Both suspects are subject to prosecution under the McGirt ruling, meaning their cases will be handled in tribal or federal court.
