Ithaca Man Arrested for Grand Larceny and Burglary in Erwin

Jason A. Dunham, 43, from Ithaca, was arrested on December 12, 2024, following an investigation into several thefts at a retail center in Erwin, NY.

Dunham faces charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree (a class E felony) and burglary in the third degree (a class D felony). Deputies report that Dunham stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise from the retail center, where he had previously been banned from entering.

After the charges were read to him, Dunham was placed in the Steuben County Jail. Authorities continue their investigation into the thefts.
