MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. — Elena Sparenberg, 34, of Illinois, has been indicted by a Morgan County Grand Jury on multiple serious charges, including conspiracy to human trafficking, solicitation of murder, solicitation of sexual abuse, and distribution of obscene matter.
Three of the charges are felonies, while the distribution of obscene matter is considered a misdemeanor. Sparenberg is currently being held at the Rowan County Detention Center while awaiting further legal proceedings.
These indictments reflect the severity of the charges and the ongoing commitment of local authorities to tackle serious crimes in the community.
